2025 Bible Memory Tools
As the new year begins, in addition to starting a Bible Reading Plan, you should consider committing to a Bible memorization program. Not only will it be abundantly fruitful to your spiritual walk, we are reminded and commanded to meditate on the Word of God. There is no lack of Bible memorization aids available and finding the right one could be a bit daunting. You might not even know where to start at all, so below are just a few ideas to help you get started. We even include a few options for children, as parents are reminded to bring up their children in the nuture and admonition of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4).

Each of the 10 passages on the DVD includes a group of children demonstrating the passage, verse-by-verse teaching of the words and motions, and an engaging lesson explaining the passage and how the children can apply it to their lives. All Scripture is from the King James version. This DVD may be tough to find as time goes on, but you may find one with diligent searching.
ABC Bible Memory Cards
Abeka.com offers 26 flashcards to prompt your child when reciting verses. Each card showcases an uppercase and a lowercase letter and a verse. Each verse’s first word will start with the letter on the flashcard. Display these around the room or flip through them for a memory verse drill. DIY 3x5 Notecards
While it might seem like we’re making a joke, there’s something extremely personal about finding verses that resonate with you. God’s Word always meets us exactly where we are, so we recommend keeping a pen and some 3x5 index cards available to record your favorite verses.
